Questions

How does it work?

You describe the problem and a vetted technician near you inspects it. You then read the inspection report and a fixed-price quote, pay for the job in naira, and confirm the work when it is done. The how it works page has every step.

Why is there an inspection fee?

The technician comes to your building and writes a report with pictures, and the quote is built from that report. You see the fee before you pay it. If you go ahead with the quote, the fee is taken off the total. If you say no to the fee, nothing is charged.

How much will the job cost?

The quote tells you, and it comes after the inspection. The price depends on what the technician finds, the materials and the delivery, so nobody can give a fixed price before that, including the chat assistant.

How do I pay, and is it safe?

You pay on a page hosted by Paystack. Your card or bank details are entered there and never reach our website or our servers.

What if I need to cancel or get a refund?

The refund policy explains when refunds apply and how long they take. Refunds go back through the payment provider you used.
